TRY our FREE BUDDY DAY classes at our school every 2nd Wednesday or 2nd Thursday. - It's FREE and no uniform is required just wear comfortable clothes that are suitable for physical activity. If you are under 18 years old, your parent must sign a consent form to train in our school before entering the training floor. Thank You!

Hey girlfriends, are you at home feeling a little bit bored? Well, get on the phone and start calling some friends to try this free women self defense class absolutely FREE! Tell 5 (you are #6) of your friends about this and see if they might be interested in trying out with you. Classes can only be held in the mornings. As a service to our Lake Stevens community, we are offering a free workshop for teens to help them deal with poor self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-control. We hope you will help us get the word out that our children don’t have to live in fear. The kids and teens at our school are remarkable citizens and know how to recognize, avoid and defend against trouble.
