This seminar will combine some elements of street fight, boxing, taekwondo kicks, and self defense techniques to empower women to defend themselves more effectively. As you know attackers are not always strangers who jump out of dark alleys. Sadly, anyone can be attacked by people they know. That's where self-defense skills comes into play. We will do hands on techniques, and tricks on dealing with the reality of fist-to-face physical encounters. It will teach you how to take control of an attack and greatly improve your chances of escaping injury or even death.

Seminar is 90 minutes long.  Conducted on Saturdays 10:00am- 11:30am.  If you want to continue  learning to develop more self defense skills to the point that they become wired in you, then sign up for Self Defense classes at taigontkd@comcast.net.
