Hey All, I just have to share (brag) with everyone how proud I am of my daughter, Renee Elise. She is completing 8th grade this Friday (on her 14th birthday). Last night we went to the Awards Ceremony at her school. Renee Elise was an honoree in Earth Science. She complained all year about her Earth Science teacher, swearing that he hated her, and then he gives her this award. She also received an award from the National JR Honor Society for putting in at least four hours of community service and earning a GPA of 3.4 and above for the school year. Renee Elise will begin her high school career next year. She wants to be an attorney one day and I am confident that she will accomplish this.

HANNAH BARTOW
Dear Master Santiago:
I really enjoyed the news about Renee. We are also proud of her. We wanted to let you know that Hannah has completed the 6th grade with perfect A's all year long. She was also given the Einstein Award for her achievements in 6th Grade Science. She is consistently rated an excellent student.

LAYNIE MORAN
Master Santiago and Master Kim - I think this is awsome and it's great about Hannah too! But here is my bragging moment. I received Laynies report card today. As you may or may not have known...Laynie has been struggling in certain areas of math, while her reading has been very strong. In the fall trimester of this year we began to worry. Laynie had a 1 on a 1-4 scale in math facts. she has completed the spring trimester with 3+ grades in all areas of math ! And 3, 3+ and 4's in reading, writing, science, music, art and physical education. We are so proud of her hard work and dedication in all areas of her studies and her TKD! But her math improvement is amazing!!! Thought you would like to know. Have a great day. See you at sparring.
